History
For a long time, I have been attentive to what sets people in motion, but also to what disconnects them from themselves, from others or from meaning. My first field of experience was the workplace. For nearly twenty years, I held roles in human resources and transformation, working alongside individuals and teams navigating change, tension, difficult decisions and a loss of direction.
There I came to understand that conflict, exhaustion or feeling stuck often tells a story about how a person adapts, protects themselves or tries to find their place. This curiosity about human experience led me to devote myself to supporting others. In 2012, I founded OZ Consulting and deepened my practice of coaching, emotional intelligence and relational approaches.
Gestalt gave this journey a new depth. I found in it a humanistic, practical approach that is attentive to what is alive in the present moment.
Today, I devote most of my time to supporting individuals through Gestalt therapy. Because a person is always connected to their environment, this perspective also informs my work with teams. I therefore developed the “Healthy Teams” program, which helps teams step back from how they operate, regulate tensions, and remain healthy while strengthening their performance over time, without exhausting their members.
I am also a modern artist. In both art and therapy, I seek to make visible what has not yet found words and to restore movement where something has become fixed.
Gestalt Baggrund
I trained at the Institut Belge de Gestalt-thérapie in Brussels. This experiential journey taught me not to look too quickly for an explanation or a solution, but to pay attention to what is happening here and now: in the body, emotions, thoughts and relationship.
For me, Gestalt therapy is first and foremost an encounter. Together, we explore how you make contact, how you adjust to your environment, what still protects you and what may now be costing you. The aim is not to confine you within a diagnosis, but to broaden your awareness and your possibilities for choice.
My experience in coaching and supporting people enriches my perspective, particularly when personal difficulties intersect with professional life. I nevertheless take care to preserve the specific nature of the therapeutic space. My practice follows the EAGT ethical framework (European Association for Gestalt Therapy).
What I offer
I welcome adults, couples and groups who are going through a period of questioning, tension, transition or change: stress, anxiety, fatigue or burnout, loss of confidence, relationship difficulties, separation, grief, loss of meaning, repetitive patterns, high sensitivity or a complex professional situation. For more concrete examples of the situations I support, visit my Gestalt therapy page: https://ozconsulting.lu/en/therapy.
I offer a confidential, supportive and non-judgmental space where you can lay down what feels heavy and better understand what is happening. We begin with your experience, at your pace, paying attention to words, the body, emotions, silences and what unfolds in the relationship.
I do not seek to provide ready-made answers or to “change” you. I support you in reconnecting with your inner resources, finding healthier boundaries, a more aligned presence and greater freedom of choice. I offer sessions in French and English, in Strassen, in Arlon and remotely by phone or video call, individually, as a couple or in a group.
